Fr Paul was ordained on November 26 1988 and has served as Assistant Priest at Liverpool and Cronulla Parishes.

He was then appointed Vice-Rector and First Year Director at the Seminary.

Fr Paul came to St Charles Borromeo Catholic Church Ryde on the 3rd of July 1998. He lists the creation of a Parish Pastoral Council as one of his most satisfying initiatives during his tenure due to its ability to provide the Parish with a framework for greater self determination and better access to the gifts of parishioners.
