The charter of the St Charles Borromeo Parish Social Committee is to assist in building relationships within our very diverse community by offering a variety of social functions, which are both engaging and cater to all.

There is an annual social calendar in place, which includes ‘morning tea’ after the 8am and 10am mass on the 2^nd Sunday of each month. Sausage sizzles are also held after some masses.

Highlights on the social calendar include the:

• ‘Welcome to New Families’ mass and barbecue;
• ‘Annual Parish Dinner’; and
• ‘St Charles Borromeo Feast Day Celebrations’ (a very popular event!).

All parishioners are very welcome and indeed encouraged to participate in these functions. Being active members of the community and participating in its life fosters a great sense of belonging and assists our communal worship.
