On Wednesday 9^th March 2011, fifteen members of Young at Heart assembled on Platform 3 at Strathfield Station to commence their journey to Ballina Byron Bay for the annual holiday. 5 members travelled by their own transport.

The next six days were spent enjoying the unique and cultural beauty of the coast and hinterland including visits to a Coffee Plantation, Twin Towns Club at Tweed Heads, Macadamia Castle and a hat making factory!

We were very fortunate to have a tour and lunch at The House with No Steps- a truly inspirational Farm!

These are just a few of the sites we visited.

Wednesday 16^th saw us journeying home after a most enjoyable holiday.
