On the 8th of September 2010, Young at Heart toured the beautiful gardens and homestead of John & Elizabeth Macarthur, Camden Park, which has been continuously occupied by the Macarthur Family since it was built in 1832.

Frances attended St Charles School Ryde whilst living at St Brigid's Orphanage. She has been at Camden Park for 44 years.

It was great to share memories with her whilst learning more of early Australian History. A Waratah Camellia planted before the homestead was built was of particular interest to the gardeners from Young at Heart.
